I live in Indonesia. I'm 15 years old and my height is 167cm / 5'5". I know that I'm already above the average height of Indonesian but I find that young Indonesian such as some of my friends are already at 168-172cm / 5'5"-5'6".
My father is 170cm / 5'6" (it is considered tall in Indonesia) and my mom is 150 / 4'9" (quite short).
Now I'm taking care of my diet and eat enough protein and calcium for my body to grow. I'm also sleep 6-7 hours a day even though sometimes i have insomnia
I want my height around 176cm / 5'8" in my 20's. Is that possible??
