With the added profile section, you can simply put your stats and growth history in your profile. Every time you post, HF members can read your profile by clicking on your avatar or username. You never have to repeat yourself again or scroll through countless back and forth posts.
For new members, I've written up a quick
Tutorial that will quickly get you started.
Besides the forum and profile functions, I will be periodically publishing articles about growth, nutrition, and general health. Meanwhile, I encourage all forum members to organize information in the forums so that we together can put organized information on this website that can be easily and quickly accessed by all.
I hope with the help of this new interface and community support, we can quickly identify reliable height growth information and filter out any scams or false claims out there.
