Height Forum

I am a guy, 28 years old. Height becomes more and more important in my environment. Seems every one arround talk about it. Pity is that I was just 166cm net height, which is much shorter than most people around. It makes me sad!

I search in the Google and find this forum, however, I am not sure whether I could belong here. As I am 28, old man now, Increasing height seems completely impossible. ONE INCH must be grateful, if possible.

Well, height is logically not very important and this is why :

Let's take a typical tall guy of 184 cm and you 166 cm

184/166 ~= 1.10

so this guy who looks much taller than you apparently is just about 10% taller. Is 10% really very important ?

To make the idea clearer, do you consider 110 Kg much heavier than 100 Kg? Of course not. do you consider 110$ much more money than 100$ ? Of course not

Relax buddy, there much more things in life to care about

What the height of your parents? And your brother if you have some?

My father is 165cm, and my mother 160cm. My little brother, 25 years old, 167cm net height. So it seems I, 166cm, have reached the good tall basing on the genetics. I am very doubt whether I should have any potential "growing taller". But to a 28 guy, natural growing is an impossible thing, I think.
I am doing some exercises about Stretching, as an E-book "How to growing taller" describes. I should treat these exercises as a regular task in my daily life. Some say it is useful, and most say it never work. So whether it is valuable for us to have a try on this, to find out the result by ourselves?

What about products like Growth-FlexV Pro System, they don't work at all ???
